Last week, I was so on my way home from work. It was a long day for me. I have to travel one hour by train. So frustrating. Anyway, while I was walking in the mall, this one Indian guy asked me for my help. He didn't actually say what he wanted but he was pointing the pay phone so I figured out what he want. No offense but he went here to Australia to study, most foreigns here have a student visa.

Since I knew that the train I suppose to catch already passed, so I gave him some of my time to assist him. On his one hand was the pay phone handle. On his other hand was a piece of paper with a handwritten mobile number. He asked me if I can help him to call the person who owns that number. I was teaching him by my gestures how to use the pay phone. But to make it fast, I made the call myself.

I insert his coins into the slot, dialed the mobile number, and waited for someone to pick up the call at the other end of the call. When there was a person picked up the call, I press the Talk button and gave him the phone handle.

He was talking to the person on the other end of the line in their own language (ie. Indian). So I can not understand what they were saying. I was thinking if he still want some further help. I put up an "okay" hand gesture if his problem is already been resolve, then he nodded so I continue walking to the train station.

This incident is just a quick and simple depiction of kindness to strangers. It doesn't matter his race, his appearance, or his accent, the important matter is that I help other people who needs help.

This is a short inspiration for your day. Take care and have a nice day! :)
